DIRECTIONS
Put 5 eggs in a steam-cooking bag. Close the bag and shake to beat the eggs. Then, add salt, pepper, parsley, cheese and any other ingredients you like. Shake for a couple of minutes longer. Immerse the bag in a pan of hot water and let it cook for about 20 minutes. Serve hot!
